Cancellation policy: During A, B, C periods: For cancellations 15 days prior to arrival, the entire booking will be refundable; For any cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival entire booking will not be refundable. During D period: For cancellations 21 days prior to arrival the entire booking will be refundable; For cancellations 7 to 20 days prior to arrival entire booking will not be refundable; For any cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival full balance of 70% will be charged to credit card by Hotel Mamma Santina. During all periods: In case of not arrival, delayed arrival or departure beforehand by the client, not caused by Hotel default, full balance of 70% of the room rate will be charged to credit card by Hotel Mamma Santina. In this case the room will be at the client's disposal for the entire paid period. The information requested will uniquely be used to find the most suitable solution to your requests. The data will not be communicated to other subjects and will not be diffused.
