When it was first opened in 1978, Mamma Santina was just a restaurant. It was only a few years later that it also became a hotel. For this, we have over thirty years of experience in the kitchen. Below are some examples of the dishes that you will find here. We follow traditional Eolian recipes, which are rich with the aromas from our garden.
